Passionate Operations/Programme Manager with 25+ years international experience in the non-life insurance industry

Over the past years, I have gained extensive experience in, amongst others, the following key topics in the insurance industry:-
  • Digital transformation such as straight through processing, customer portals, customer due diligence, fraud detection, data analytics, robotics; 
  • System design and implementation including core back office system, front-end system, business intelligence system;
  • Operational Excellence a.o. business process improvement, performance management, target operating model, post-merger integration. 

I have gained this knowledge and experience in various senior positions ranging from Operations Manager (underwriting, claims, reinsurance) to Program Manager (e.g. core system implementation, post-merger integration, digitization). I also fulfilled various leading IT Management roles (e.g. Implementation Manager, Product Owner, Delivery Manager). I am accustomed to both waterfall (PRINCE2) and Agile (Scrum) work methodologies.
